1) General Sales Service

•  We provide the best sales service to any part of Chennai and Bangalore.

•  Our Representatives will support you. Once you share your mobile or landline number on the website.

2) Payment Information

•  Advance payment required for machines which are sold outright outside Chennai.

•  We service for machines the same day for corporate clients only in Chennai and Bangalore.

•  The tax will be charged based on the Products and Government regulations.

3) Delivery Method

•  Door Delivery will be made to customer place if the requirement is more than 24 KGs only.

•  Cash on Delivery. Subject to our discretion and will be informed as per client prior.

•  We accept no returns, Goods once sold can't be replaced either.

4) Service & Others

•  Outstation Clients have to pay for service visits which are based on the distance of the location. We do not guarantee the turnaround time of the visits.

•  In certain cases where it is unable to visit the client outstation, the client can get it serviced in our office itself.
